Time to change the system and the way things are run. It is time to put the people back in charge of the Democratic Process. It no longer will be tolerated that the elected long term  politicians will be allowed to take care of their political contributors, vested interest groups, family and friends. It is time they listened to what the people in their districts are saying and not themselves.

NO MORE PERSONAL AGENDAS

If elected I will only seek a maximum of two term limits

If elected  I will only take $1 dollar in salary and the rest will be given to uplift the quality of life in District 46

Term limits are an essential part of the principal of Democratic Rule. Terms limits should be imposed. Their should be a maximum of 4 terms for Congress. This is a total of eight years . It’s a  ethical and moral duty for a good congressman to retire voluntarily after 4 terms in Congress which is  eight years of service. If they want to continue to serve the public, it can be done in other capacities, in other public service positions.

This will not only provide the the  opportunity for other good citizens to sever the country and fellow citizens, but will also minimize the bond between vested interest groups, lobbyists and friends. Knowing a politician will only be in office a maximum of eight years will minimize the amount of funds provided for behind the scenes deals and negotiations.

It will stop corruption!

We have a duty to our military and veterans and their families. They have paid a heavy price so we can live comfortably and freedom is maintained. I will make sure all my votes in Congress concerning veterans  are for getting results to restore dignity, respect of this great section of our society, the veterans. I will never vote to reduce the benefits given to our veterans

We need to protect our national and natural resources for the next generation. We cannot waste. We want to make sure that they are available to all citizens of the county, not just a few.

Our nation has a premature death of over 1 million in hospital due to substandard care. The statistics are often tampered with or hidden so the real truth is not seen. We spend a maximum money per capita. Yet we are 38th in the world of quality of medical care. We have over 50 million people in the United States without insurance., All citizens have a basic right of quality medical care. This is an awakening call. We need to cover all citizens for quality medical care. Especially children, women, and seniors .

We need to add life to years and years to life. By total team care.

A nation is judged by the way they treat their seniors. Our plan for Medicare is a great asset to our country. We must provide funding by working citizens and manage the fund with integrity and accountability. We have to stop wasting billions of dollars due to many who abuse the systems for personal gain. I will make sure that the Medical System will be solvent  by efficient fiscal management

As a citizen of the planet earth we should respect and give dignity to our seniors. We must remember that they have spent their youth for making sure that we have survived and get education. It is our time to give them back. As people get older they need more medical attention and other forms of care to survive. We have to learn from their experience which gives us the wisdom and we are suppose to pass this on to our children. We must treat them like a human.

Education is basic necessity of development of  mind. Educated citizens means a great nation. If we educate woman, we educate a family. We need to keep our superiority by research and advance education. We can not afford to waste mind. So we need to provide every student with scholarships or loans and try to give free college education for 4-6 years and trade school for 4 years.

We need fresh air and clean water to survive. Our industrial complexes like 100 square miles of LA and Long Beach Port area with oil refineries have killed hundreds of seniors and children per year for the last 30 years. As a great nation we must correct this situation immediately. Our California EPA standards for trucks and 18 wheelers need continual changes in the standards so we can lead the way in reduced emission and green vehicles.  Our priority must be for the health of the citizens.

It is our patriotic duty to vote. We have the right, but at the same time it is our duty to vote. Democracy means involvement of people in government

People must act responsibility to restore democracy by registering and voting. If we do not involve ourselves as a good citizen the result will be unlimited power to the government.

REMEMBER: IF YOU DON NOT VOTE AND EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT THE SAYING IS THAT FOOLS WILL RULE OVER YOU.

In democracy basic rule is that all citizens have equal rights to pursue own religion and happiness. We know that delayed justice means no justice. Our system needs fundamental change as it has become to costly. Many times for poor people justice becomes injustice. We have to be watchful that our judges are impartial and follow the law of the land. Everyone should know that - No one is above the Law. We need rule of laws. We expect integrity and accountability of judicial system. to protect the rights of all citizens. My efforts will be to make sure that the Constitution is followed.

We Americans have welcomed legal immigrants with open arms and hearts for centuries. We know our growth and greatness belongs to our citizens. We need to strongly discourage illegal immigration.  We need to review and correct many of the immigration policies in place today. These polices must make it easier and more accessible to get legal status for many immigrants already in the United States. We can not afford ongoing appeasement policy which is harmful to our nation.

We all know that our foreign policy has many failures. We had policy which was established post WWII era. We need to review our policy depending on war industry in United States. Our main goal should be our security. We can not afford to support those countries with dictators with billions of dollars. We must use our resources with integrity and accountability. We must stop supporting countries where their is no family planning. At the same time we should be humane

We all know that our great nation is built on individual responsibility. We are proud as good citizens. We are civic duty minded. We believe in the Constitution and we follow the laws of the land. We should respect everyone as equals, no concern for race, creed, color, religion, or sexual preferences. Our civic responsibilities help us to unite in time of crisis or need.

We must register to vote. Your voice and opinion are needed to help keep this great Nations momentum moving forward in a positive and productive manner for all citizens.

Our Nation is Great because of Democracy. We have a constitution which gives equal rights to all citizens. Our judicial system has the power and duty to enforce and follow the constitution. We all know personal attitude should not play a role in justice. All judges must follow the rule of the law. People deserve honest and credible representation in court, not just depending on their ability to afford it. Judges should not be allowed to force everyone to plea bargain just to clear their court calendar.

If judicial system is functioning properly, their will not be abuses, cover up and framing of innocent citizens. In California many citizens have been wrongly placed in jail, or prisons because of corrupt politicians or frame ups to clear cases from local jurisdictions.

California State assembly or senate must not give anyone a retroactive or blanket total immunity for illegal activities. Especially  state and county employees
